Whale Watching in Victoria
"There is some great whale
watching in Victoria, Australia."
In the state of Victoria, some of the most popular places to watch the whales are Wilsons Promontory National Park along the eastern coast; and Portland, Port Fairy and Warrnambool along the western coast, just west of the Great Ocean Road.
The whales seen are mostly southern right whales, altough humpback whales can be seen in eastern parts of Victoria.
Others that are found here are Sperm Whales, Blue Whales, Dwarf Minke Whales, Killer Whales, and Common and Bottle nose dolphins.
